Department for School Leaders
The members of the Department for School Leaders are: the National President or Vice-President, the General Secretary, the Policy Officer and six members elected by the National Executive.
The Department’s main responsibilities are compiling discussion papers and policies for the Executive’s consideration and discussing matters which are relevant to head teachers and deputies in their daily work.
A circular is issued to UCAC members who are recorded as head teachers, deputies or assistant head teachers following each Department meeting.
